Starting 8/3/26, we are changing how we are doing returns.
-Return label cost will be deducted from your return total unless you opt in for package protection + free returns from route.
-Exchanges are free for non-Final Sale items.
-Final sale items are now eligible for Exchanges, label cost will be applicable to final sale items.
-Label pricing is dynamic based on distance from our return warehouse (Southern California) and weight.
-As always, returns will be processed when our returns team has checked the product. Refunds will not be issued if items are missing tags, liners, or are damaged/worn/stained without prior approval.
