How often do you release new products?
We aim to provide our La Blanca members with new releases every couple of months. Our largest releases happen around the February, April, and October time periods but keep checking our NEW section regularly because gorgeous new styles will often appear sporadically. Don't have time to do that? Sign up to our SMS and/or email lists to be the first to know (hint: Email & SMS members know first!).
What is your 30-day Try-On Guarantee?
At La Blanca, we are 100% confident that you will absolutely love your new, luxurious bathing suits that we offer a free 30-day exchange/refund policy.
It's EASY: Buy your suits, get free 2-day shipping (on orders $99+), try them on at home and if you don't LOVE them, simply visit Returns to indicate what styles you'd like to exchange or return and instantly obtain a shipping label to do so.
We also offer a 1-year warranty period on all of our products.
What is your Easy Return Policy?
Our customers brag about how easy it is to do returns and exchanges with us! Through our portal (https://returns.lablanca.com), you are able to easily exchange for a different color/size or totally different style, or request a refund! You'll then get a return label to drop off your order.
Your exchange order OR refund is processed the moment you drop off your items at USPS. it's just that simple!
How long does your free shipping take?
We offer FedEx 2-Day Expedited shipping on all US orders, which is FREE on all orders $99+ or only $11.25 if your order does not meet that cart minimum! If you live in Canada or elsewhere, we offer DHL Express on ALL orders, free shipping thresholds vary by country so please check the popup message or announcement bar at the top of your screen for country-specific information.
