If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a different item, store credit, or a full refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Returns after 30 days will be rejected.

Qualifications for Returns:

• No returns or exchanges are allowed on items marked "Final Sale"
• Swimsuits cannot be worn, washed, or altered.
• No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
• All tags must be intact and returned in their original packaging.
• The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.
• The returned items must be received in our warehouse no later than 40 days for your original order date.

How do I return my order?

Upon accessing our Returns portal at lablanca.com, you will need to input your order number and shipping zip/postal code to start a return/exchange. Our system will present you with the option to exchange the unwanted product for a different size, different color, or a different product altogether.

Once you've followed all the required steps in our portal, a shipping label will be generated for you, at no cost, to drop off the unwanted item. Once our system detects the unwanted item has been dropped off and scanned by the carrier, your exchange order will be immediately placed.
