    Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

    Measure from the high point of your shoulders (between your neck base and shoulder joint) over the fullest part of your bust through your legs and up your back to the starting point.

    After swimming in the ocean or pool always rinse your swimsuit in lukewarm tap water. This will help eliminate most of the salt and chlorine that can potentially damage your swim suit material.

When applying sun tanning lotion or oil try not to get it on your swimsuit material. The oils cause the elastics in your suit to breakdown.
